What is it?
Let’s Chain It is an interactive learning journey that builds the supply chain talent — operational and technological — needed to turn the national ambition into capability on the ground, through learning by doing with expert-led training, a live business simulation, and hands-on practice, all in one program.
Our supply chain and technology experts show company teams how the functions connect; teams then prove it in a live business simulation, taking real decisions across planning, purchasing, inventory, operations, sales and finance and benchmarking their results against peers across the Kingdom. Every decision carries a cost and a consequence, and every round repeats the cycle until the habit holds. It is neither a conference nor a classroom: it is capability, built by doing.
Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030
Let’s Chain It is a Saudi National Supply Chain Capability Program, delivered by Trax Group. aligned with Vision 2030 and its ambition to develop the Kingdom’s supply chains and logistics capability. As Vision 2030’s National Industrial Development and Logistics Program states:
Leveraging the Kingdom’s competitive advantage as the crossroad of three continents, the Program is unleashing Saudi Arabia’s potential as a global logistics hub with high efficiency, quality and speed.
Four Ways We Close the Gap
The Kingdom is building the factories, ports and logistics corridors of Vision 2030. But infrastructure is only half of a supply chain — the other half is the people who decide how much to buy, when to move it, and where margin is won or lost. Let’s Chain It closes that national capability gap and turns digital transformation into better day-to-day decisions.
Close the national capability gap, team by team, decision by decision.
A repeatable, measurable national program.
What we Closed?
Saudi supply chains have an opportunity to turn technology awareness into practical, measurable capability. As digital transformation becomes a business priority, resilience depends on responding with greater speed, flexibility and visibility. Realizing this takes more than investing in systems. It requires teams that can apply analytics, AI and machine learning to real supply chain challenges, combining technology with industry best practice to cut operating costs, optimize inventory, improve production efficiency and build more responsive supply chains.
This is the gap Let’s Chain It closes. Around simulation, expert-led content connects digital transformation, data and AI to real supply chain decisions, so technology investment turns into better calls on what to buy, when to move it, and how much to hold, and into a supply
The Fresh Connection
At the heart of Let’s Chain It is The Fresh Connection by Inchainge, the world’s No. 1 supply chain simulation game, used by 40%+ of the Fortune Global 500 in manufacturing and by 200+ universities. The scenario: a large global company is suffering financial losses and poor performance across every part of the business. Its CEO assigns your team, covering supply chain, purchasing, operations and sales, to take over the company, turn it around, make it profitable and recover its performance again.
The mission is to work as one aligned team: build the strategies and tactics, manage the operations, and test the effect of every decision you take. Across tens of real business and value-chain scenarios, the team learns how to make the right decision at the right time, and sees it land immediately, because every choice feeds straight into the company’s Return on Investment.
Each participating team is organized into four main (mandatory) roles, plus a fifth optional but highly valuable role:
Mandatory Role
Mandatory Role
Mandatory Role
Mandatory Role
Optional Role
No role wins alone: a purchasing saving can wipe out service, and a sales promise can flood the warehouse, so the four must agree on one integrated plan each round. Difficulty rises round on round, expert facilitators debrief what the numbers mean, and teams apply the lesson and go again.
The Journey
Let’s Chain It 2026 takes place during October 2026 in the form of workshops and dialogue sessions, accompanied by an interactive competition that runs across three consecutive stages representing three progressive levels:
At the Regional Level
In-Person Workshops: Riyadh 4 & 5 Oct. | Jeddah 7 & 8 Oct. 2026
The journey begins with in-person workshops in Riyadh on 4 and 5 October, followed by Jeddah on 7 and 8 October, where company teams take on intensive experiences that combine learning, simulation and challenge, qualifying them for more advanced rounds in the following stage.
At the National Level
Virtual Evening Sessions, from 11 – 15 October 2026
After the teams get qualifyed from stage 1, they come together for the Kingdom’s National Finals, during which the workshops are completed virtually and the teams are prepared to take on advanced levels of simulation, decision-making and integration across supply chain functions.
At the International Level
Self-Paced Simulation Rounds: From 19 – 30 October 2026
The best Saudi teams move on to the Global Finals, held virtually, to compete alongside teams from other countries — giving Saudi talent the opportunity for direct contact with international expertise, to measure their capabilities in an international environment, and to represent the Kingdom within a global experience dedicated to supply chain
